This is a notice regarding various processing services from Engashima Lumber Industry Co., Ltd. 【Features】 ■ Dyeing and Coating Processing We perform painting of veneer plywood, panels, and various components using our own equipment. We can provide coatings that enhance the natural texture of wood, as well as dyeing processes to facilitate color coordination. UV coating and urethane coating are available. Color consultations can be conducted while viewing actual veneers and products. ■ Actual Processing and Groove Processing Various types of processing are possible, including solid wood processing, spiral processing, eye-jack processing, and V-groove processing. ■ V-Cut Processing By applying V-cut processing to veneer plywood, we can achieve a look that is closer to solid wood. Various processing options are available along the bending lines. ■ Edge Banding Processing By applying the same type of veneer to the edges of the surface material, we create a more three-dimensional and substantial image of solid wood.
